Kross Kut Film Foundation (Charitable Trust “Non-Profit Organization”) is making an important contribution towards strengthening the identity and visibility of internal migrant workers and their families.
Kross Kut Film Foundation works for underprivileged children and women with the belief that education is the vehicle to help poor families out of poverty. They aim to equip children and women and train the skills that can enable them to gain employment and bring financial relief to their families. Some of our programs are cultural program, ecology, sports, legal rights and mass awareness etc.
Kross Kut Film Foundation’s Non formal education is having objectives to reach the vast majority of children who are living in vulnerable conditions and are unable to access education in a favourable learning environment. It aims to educate children living on the streets and in impoverished neighbourhoods by providing them functional literacy so they can manage their lives better and be an asset to their families and society. It is designed to enable non-school going children to acquire minimum knowledge and skills and mainstreaming them in formal schools.
Kross Kut Film Foundation provides free computer training to underprivileged students. They are trained by experts of the field who also provide them practical training for hands-on experience. Expert trainers and volunteers make sure the students receive the best knowledge of computer.
Kross Kut Film Foundation’s Acting Course is for the poor children having impressive talents. The children will portray the assigned character in a feature or short film, TV series, web series, in a television, advertisement, stage in theme parks and theatrical presentation, under the guidance of the production director.
Kross Kut film foundation’s program for guidance and counselling are important for children they bring out the best in them. The students are advised on how to cope with different situations they tend to face in their school life. For instance, how should they talk politely or relate with their peers, what career choices they can make, what options are available for them etc. Kross Kut Film Foundation empowers and motivates girls from poor and marginalized families in high-barrier geographies to access higher education and pursue careers of their choice.
Kross Kut Film Foundation provides training as a part of livelihood program in agriculture, animal husbandry, hospitality, health, child care, beautician, tailoring and industrial mechanic, small business and other occupations and other formal and non-formal courses etc. The training curriculum was guided with the guidelines of the National Skill Development Council (NSDC), Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship, which have broader guidelines of skill development in India. We provide short-term training programs to the poor for making them capable for job and self-employment ,Apart from the employment, we maintain the data base of trained candidates and refer to employers for their placement.
