About Kross Kut Film Foundation
Kross Kut Film Foundation (Charitable Trust “Non-Profit Organization”) is making an important contribution towards strengthening the identity and visibility of internal migrant workers and their families.
GIVING A LIFE OF DIGNITY TO ELDERS & OLD AGE PURSON
Kross Kut Film Foundation is running a Orphanage "Indian Senior Citizen Home" since 2016, in Etah district of Uttar Pradesh, 127 elders have called it their home during the last stage of their lives.
Old Age Home is fully free and funded solely through donations. Home shelters 19 grannies at present.
What we provide :
The Old Age Home has two bedrooms, a big hall, hygienic kitchen and 3 toilets, and open space for recreation.
They are provided:-
- Nutritious meals 3 times daily
- Clothes, blankets, toiletries and other personal necessities
- Medical checkup as needed
The Background
These women have escaped a life of poverty and hunger. Most are widows or abandoned by their children or husbands. Some have escaped exploitation under the Basavani tradition. They are ill and unable to work to provide for a decent living.
Support the Elders in India
Secure Life Old Age Home residents have been identified from different village of Bihar and Rajasthan Districts, states of India.
At KROSS KUT FILM FOUNDATION TRUST, Home for the Aged, we have adopted good practices in order to provide a healthy, productive and participatory life to the elderly men/women residents.
There is space for pooja for daily prayers and all major festivals are celebrated.
The men/women are motivated to keep themselves busy with activities like reading, regular walks, singing bhajans, and more.
How you can be part of KKFF Old Age Home
We are able to run this old age home with generous contributions from individuals like you, and corporates. The running expenses amounts to Rs. 75,000 per month.
You can Contribute in the name of someone, and for occasions like birthdays, wedding anniversary to provide festive meals (Annadhanam) in our Ashram.
Contribute Rs.2500 (US $34) to Sponsor one elderly person in the Old Age Home for her Food & Medical Support for One Month.
Sponsor One Destitute Old Age Person for 1 Year with Rs.30000 (US $409) in the Old Age Home for her Nutritious Meals, Medical Care.
Contribute an amount of Rs.3000 (US $41) for most neglected elderly person’s clothes, toiletries for 1 year.
Your contribution Rs.2750 (USD $37) can feed one nutritious hot meal to 30 destitute elderly persons in the Happy Old Age Home.
SPONSOR A GRANNY IN OUR OLD AGE HOME
Your generous sponsorship would help us to serve better the neglected destitute old age persons in the Secure Life Old Age Home. Once you donate we will send receipt, feedback report on the money utilization and sponsored elderly person’s particulars to you.
